Learn how to Reverse it
I did it, you can too
Hi, my name is Liz Parker and for 10 years I was a type 2 diabetic. I was on the highest dose of metformin and janovia plus on 20 units of insulin a day. I now have normal blood glucose levels and have had them for over a year. This blog is my story to help others reverse the disease and improve their lifestyle.
