Hi, my name is Liz Parker and for 10 years I was a type 2 diabetic.  I was on the highest dose of metformin and janovia plus on 20 units of insulin a day.  Then in 2017 I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I took control of my diabetes and managed to reverse it while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation.  I now have normal blood glucose levels and have had them for over a year.  This blog is my story to help others reverse the disease and improve their lifestyle.
